The continuous current is 50 A, with a peak current of up to 150 A possible for 10 seconds.How many modules can be combined?In the IP20 version, up to 64 modules can be connected in parallel, corresponding to a total capacity of over 327 kWh. Common in domestic applications: six modules per tower, i.e. 30.7 kWh per unit.How long does the module last?The cells achieve over 6,000 cycles at 90% DoD, with a residual capacity of at least 70% at end of life, meaning they are designed for long-term use.Which ‘ Deye ’ inverters is the system compatible with?The battery is officially approved for all three-phase hybrid inverters in the SUN-xK-HP3 and SUN-xK-BM series, and is fully plug-and-play compatible without the need for any additional adjustments. By connecting up to six towers in parallel, flexible scaling to significantly higher capacities is possible.How many cycles does the battery last?According to the data sheet, the storage system achieves over 6,000 charge cycles at 90 % depth of discharge (DoD). This makes the system suitable for long-term use with consistently high performance and reliability.Which inverters is the 10 kWh package compatible with?The system is officially approved for Deye hybrid inverters of the low-voltage series. Communication and operating parameters are matched to each other at the factory. “Plug-and-play” operation is possible without further configuration. Checking against the compatibility list is recommended.Can I also operate the storage system with other inverters?There is no official approval from Deye for other inverters. Use with third-party devices is therefore at your own risk and without any guarantee of functionality.Must the battery be fully charged before initial commissioning?Yes, the manual recommends an initial charge to 100 % to ensure correct synchronisation of the state of charge (SoC). If this step is skipped, this can lead to deviating SoC values and inaccurate capacity display. If the solar energy is not sufficient for the first full charge, the storage system can also be charged via the grid.
