Batterytester 6V - 48V - Precise monitoring

This versatile battery tester is the ideal diagnostic device for all users who work with a wide range of battery systems. With an extremely wide measuring range from 6V to 48V, it covers everything – from motorbikes, cars and lorries to electric scooters, golf caddies and solar storage systems. The device allows you to check battery voltage and state of charge in seconds, so you can immediately identify defective or discharged batteries and prevent failures.Highlights at a glanceExtreme voltage range: Usable for 6V, 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V batteries without manual switching.Precise status display: Reliably informs you about the current voltage and the estimated state of charge (SoC) of the battery. No separate battery required: The device supplies itself directly from the battery to be tested ("Powered by Test Object").High safety: Equipped with reverse polarity and overvoltage protection for safe application.Easy to use: Connecting the pole clamps is sufficient – the result is displayed immediately on the screen or via LEDs.Robust design: Shock-resistant housing, ideal for daily use in workshops, garages or mobile service.Versatile diagnostics for all battery typesWhether you want to check a small 6V vintage battery, a classic 12V car battery or a 48V drive battery from a forklift – this tester detects the applied voltage. It is optimised for all common lead technologies (standard lead-acid, gel, AGM). By regular monitoring, you can avoid deep discharges and significantly extend the lifetime of your batteries.Ideal for automotive, marine and industryThanks to the support of voltages up to 48V, this device is particularly valuable for users of e-mobility (e-scooters, rehab tech) and renewable energy (off-grid solar systems). It belongs in every toolbox to quickly rule out whether the battery is the cause of a starting problem or system failure in case of malfunction. Features ModelUniversal battery tester / monitor (6V - 48V) ApplicationPrecise monitoring of state of charge and voltage (automotive, solar, boat, industry) Measuring range (voltage)6V to 48V (DC) - Configurable Compatible battery types* Lead-acid (wet, gel, AGM) * Lithium-ion (Li-Ion) * Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) DisplayBacklit LCD (background lighting) Measured values* Voltage (Volts) * Capacity (Percent %) * Graphical battery bar Accuracy± 1% (precision measurement) Power consumption< 5 - 10 mA (energy efficient) Protection functionsReverse polarity protection (protection against incorrect connection) Dimensions (L x W x H in mm)approx. 61 x 33 x 13 (standard mounting size)  FAQs about the battery tester 6V - 48VDo I need to set the device to measure 12V or 24V?No, high-quality testers in this segment feature an "auto-sensing" function. Simply connect the device; it detects the voltage range automatically and displays the corresponding result. Can I also use it to test lithium batteries? That depends on the specific model. Most simple testers are based on the voltage curves of lead-acid batteries. As lithium batteries (LiFePO4 or Li-Ion) have a flatter discharge curve, the percentage display may be inaccurate, but the pure voltage display is correct and usable.Does the tester put a heavy load on the battery? No, pure voltage and capacity testers mostly measure with high impedance and only draw a minimal current from the battery for display operation. They do not simulate a cold start current (like large load testers), but serve for quick status evaluation. Is the device waterproof? As a rule, these testers are splash-proof (e.g. for use under the bonnet), but not waterproof. They should not be left out in heavy rain or submerged in water.

Beltrona 12V/3A desktop charger with crocodile clip - Fast and safe charging

The Beltrona 12V/3A desktop charger is a compact and extremely reliable solution for regular and gentle charging of 12-volt lead-acid batteries. It perfectly bridges the gap between weak trickle chargers and large, unwieldy workshop equipment. With a constant charging current of 3 amps (3000 mA), it quickly restores discharged batteries to full power without thermally stressing the cell chemistry with excessive currents.Equipped with robust, colour-coded crocodile clips, the charger can be connected to almost any standard battery terminal in no time at all. Thanks to the intelligent, microprocessor-controlled charging electronics, the device works fully automatically. As soon as the final charging voltage is reached, it switches to trickle charging and thus effectively protects the battery from harmful overcharging.Highlights at a glanceUniversal compatibility: Perfectly suited for all common 12V lead-acid types (wet batteries, maintenance-free AGM, VRLA and gel batteries).Fast charging process: Provides a powerful 3 ampere charging current for fast and battery-friendly recharging.Flexible crocodile clips: Enables fast, safe and universal connection to a wide range of battery terminals.Comprehensive safety: Integrated protection mechanisms against short circuit, reverse polarity (incorrectly connected terminals) and overload.Fully automatic: Automatic switchover to trickle charging after a full charge to maximise battery life.Compact design: The lightweight plastic desktop housing fits anywhere and is easy to store or transport.Areas of applicationThe Beltrona 12V/3A charger is the ideal all-rounder for workshops, garages and hobby rooms:Two-wheelers & motor vehicles: Ideal for charging motorbike, scooter, quad bike or smaller car batteries.Garden & Leisure: Ensures full batteries for ride-on mowers, boats, golf caddies or electric fencing devices.Safety technology: For the maintenance and occasional recharging of 12V buffer batteries in alarm systems or small UPS systems.Hobby & modelling: Reliable power supply for charging 12V lead-acid batteries in feed boats or large modelling vehicles.Assembly & safety instructionsCorrect connection sequence: For safety reasons, always connect the red terminal to the positive pole (+) and the black terminal to the negative pole (-) of the battery first. Only then insert the mains plug into the socket.Good ventilation: Gases can be produced when charging open lead-acid batteries. Always charge batteries in well-ventilated rooms and avoid flying sparks in the immediate vicinity.Dry environment: The charger is designed for use in dry indoor areas (workshop, cellar, garage). Be sure to protect the housing from rain and direct moisture.Safe disconnection: When charging is complete, first disconnect the mains plug from the socket. Only then remove the crocodile clips from the battery terminals. Features ModelBeltrona 12V-3A desktop charger Supported battery types**Lead-acid, AGM, gel, VRLA** Nominal output voltage**12 V** Max. With 3 amps, you can charge these medium-sized batteries (e.g. from a ride-on mower or motorbike) quickly and gently. You can theoretically also connect larger car batteries (e.g. 60 Ah), but a full charge will then take longer (roughly approx. 20 hours). Can I use it to charge lithium batteries (Li-Ion or LiFePO4)?No, this is not recommended. The voltage curve of this charger is specially tailored to the cell chemistry of lead batteries. Lithium batteries require different charging characteristics and often require communication with the battery management system (BMS). Using a pure lead-acid charger can damage lithium cells. Will the device overcharge my battery if I leave it connected for days? No, the device works fully automatically. As soon as the charger recognises that the battery is fully charged, it automatically switches to trickle charging. Only very small currents then flow, which merely compensate for the natural self-discharge of the battery.
