Thanks to AGM technology and valve-regulated oxygen recombination, the RE7-12LFR reliably delivers energy during short power peaks. Typical areas of application are safety and emergency lighting, fire alarm and intruder alarm systems, communication and control technology as well as small UPS and buffer applications.

Efficiency meets long service life

For standby operation, the float charge voltage is 13.65 V ±1 percent per block (2.275 V per cell) at 20°C. The temperature compensation is minus 3 mV per cell and degree Celsius. For cyclic or heavy charging, 14.50 V ±3 percent per block (2.42 V per cell) is provided, with compensation of minus 4 mV per cell and degree Celsius. No current limitation is necessary for float charging; 1.75 A is recommended for heavy charging.

Technology for flexible applications

The battery is designed for a wide temperature range. Charging, discharging and storage are each possible from minus 15°C to plus 45°C. The robust ABS case in FR version increases operational safety. Thanks to the FASTON 6.35 mm terminals, quick and safe installation is possible. VRLA batteries must not be operated in gas-tight enclosures; adequate ventilation must be ensured.
