Maximum performance for demanding applications

The NPW45-12 is designed for high discharge rates. Thanks to its low internal impedance, it provides high power at short notice and keeps the output voltage stable. This makes it ideal for UPS systems with short bridging times, emergency and safety lighting, fire alarm and burglar alarm systems as well as dynamic buffer loads in control and communication technology.

Efficiency meets long service life

A float charge voltage of 13.65 V ±1 per cent per block (2.275 V/cell) at 20 °C applies for standby operation. Temperature compensation is minus 3 mV per cell and degree Celsius. For cyclic or heavy charging, 14.50 V ±3 per cent per block (2.42 V/cell) is provided, with compensation of minus 4 mV per cell and degree Celsius. No current limitation is required for float charging, for heavy charging 2.125 A is recommended.

Technology for flexible applications

The permissible temperature range enables versatile applications: discharge from minus 15 °C to plus 50 °C, charging from 0 °C to plus 40 °C, storage from minus 15 °C to plus 40 °C. The robust ABS housing complies with UL94 HB, optional FR version according to UL94 V0 available. Each cell is equipped with a low-pressure relief valve for safe pressure regulation. Please ensure adequate ventilation, as VRLA batteries can release hydrogen.

The "PLUS" addition means that it is also effective against the particularly resistant non-enveloped adeno-, noro- and rotaviruses, which often cause gastrointestinal illnesses. How long does the product have to act?For standard hygienic hand disinfection, the exposure time is 30 seconds. For special areas of application, such as surgical hand disinfection (1.5 minutes) or the inactivation of certain viruses, other exposure times may apply. Please refer to the manufacturer's precise instructions.Doesn't Sterillium® dry out the hands? No, on the contrary. Sterillium® contains a special care complex with re-fatting substances. When used correctly on dry skin, it nourishes the skin and protects it from drying out, even with very frequent use. Washing your hands with water and soap removes significantly more oil from the skin.Should I wash my hands before disinfecting? No, hand disinfection is generally carried out on dry skin. Prior washing is only necessary in case of visible contamination. In this case, the hands must be completely and thoroughly dried before disinfection, as residual moisture can impair the effectiveness of the disinfectant.
