The Yuasa NP7-6 is a compact, valve-regulated lead-acid battery (VRLA) with 6 volts and 6.5 Ah capacity. The NP7-6 provides a 10-hour capacity of 6.5 Ah at a discharge down to 1.8 V/cell at 20 °C. Its high discharge current capability of up to 210 A for one second makes it ideal for systems with short-term high current demand. Thanks to VRLA technology, the battery is maintenance-free and reliable throughout its entire service life.

Robust technology with a long service life

The NP7-6 is designed for low-maintenance operation and fulfils the requirements of the EUROBAT classification “Standard Commercial” with an expected service life of up to 5 years. The self-discharge rate is only about 3 % per month (at 20 °C), which ensures high operational readiness even during prolonged storage.

The case is made of impact-resistant ABS (UL94:HB) and is optionally available in a flame-retardant version (UL94:V0). The battery also meets international standards such as ISO 9001.

Simple integration and safe handling

With its compact dimensions (151 × 34 × 97.5 mm), the NP7-6 can be flexibly integrated into virtually any installation situation. Installation is possible in any position, except permanently mounted upside down. Thanks to Faston plug connectors (4.75 mm), the battery is easy and safe to install.

Each cell is fitted with a self-closing low-pressure release valve to safely regulate gas pressure. The maximum charging current in cyclic operation is 1.75 A. There is no limitation for float charging.
