- VdS approved: G 182024 for safety-related applications
- Maintenance-free: AGM technology with > 99% gas recombination.
- High-performance: Up to 500 A discharge current (1 second) and 804 A short-circuit current.
- Secure connection: M5 internal thread or bolt connection with 2.45 Nm torque.
- Long-lasting: EUROBAT ‘Standard Commercial’ class: up to 5 years’ service life.
High-performance for safety-critical systems
The NP38-12I is ideal for applications requiring a reliable, uninterrupted power supply. With a 20-hour capacity of 38 Ah and a 10-hour capacity of 35.3 Ah, the battery delivers consistently high performance even during extended operating times. The maximum current output is 500 A (1 second), making it ideal for systems with short-term high-load requirements.
Maintenance-free operation with high safety
Thanks to AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) technology, the battery is completely maintenance-free and gas-tight. The integrated low-pressure vent valves ensure safe pressure equalisation within the cells. Installation is possible in any position, with the exception of a permanently upside-down mounting position.
Self-discharge is only approx. 3% per month at 20 °C, ensuring the battery remains ready for use even during prolonged storage. The shock-resistant ABS casing is optionally available in a flame-retardant version compliant with UL94:V0.
