The Yuasa NPL24-12I is a long-life, valve-regulated lead-acid battery (VRLA) with 12 V nominal voltage and 24 Ah capacity. Thanks to its robust AGM technology, high peak current capacity and the EUROBAT service life class “Long Life”, this maintenance-free battery is the ideal choice for UPS systems, safety technology and industrial energy systems with high demands on reliability and service life.

Powerful energy source for critical systems

With a rated capacity of 24 Ah (20h discharge down to 1.75 V/cell) and a 10h capacity of 22.2 Ah, the NPL24-12I offers reliable and constant power supply. The battery handles short-term peak loads of up to 500 A (1 second) with ease and is therefore ideal for uninterruptible power supply systems, telecommunications, fire alarm systems or industrial backup applications.

Robust technology with a long service life

The leakproof AGM design (Absorbent Glass Mat) binds the electrolyte completely in the separator and thus ensures a gas-tight seal with very low self-discharge (approx. 3% per month). Self-closing safety valves reliably regulate the internal pressure, making operation particularly safe.

 

The robust ABS housing protects the battery even under demanding conditions. For increased fire protection requirements, an optional flame-retardant version according to UL94:V0 is available.
