The Yuasa NPL38-12I is an industrial, valve-regulated lead-acid battery (VRLA) with 12 V nominal voltage and 38 Ah capacity. With long-lasting AGM technology, high current load capability and a EUROBAT service life class “Long Life” of up to 12 years, this maintenance-free battery is ideal for demanding applications in security, energy and telecommunications technology.

With a 20h capacity of 38 Ah at 1.75 V/cell and a 10h capacity of 33.4 Ah at 1.8 V/cell, the NPL38-12I offers reliable energy supply, even at high load requirements. The battery delivers short-term currents up to 500 A (1 second) and is therefore ideal for emergency power, UPS and communication systems where constant performance and long service life are crucial.
Rugged technology with maximum service life
The maintenance-free AGM technology (Absorbent Glass Mat) completely binds the electrolyte in the separator, prevents leakage of liquid and ensures almost complete gas recombination. The self-closing safety valves reliably regulate the internal pressure. With only about 3% self-discharge per month, the battery is also ideally suited for long standby times.
The case made of robust ABS plastic is optionally available in a flame-retardant version. The M5 connections with 2.5 Nm torque ensure secure and vibration-resistant installation.
