Yuasa Design Life EUROBAT 10-12 - NPL100-12FR

The Yuasa NPL100-12FR is a maintenance-free VRLA industrial battery with 12 volts and 100 Ah. It combines high power reserves with a long service life in accordance with EUROBAT Long Life and is suitable for professional applications with high availability and safety requirements.

Efficiency meets long service life

With the EUROBAT classification "Long Life 10–12 years", the battery is designed for enduring continuous operation. The float charging voltage is 13.65 V ±1 % (2.275 V/cell) at 20 °C with temperature compensation of minus 3 mV/cell/°C. For cyclic or boost charging, 14.50 V ±3 % (2.42 V/cell) at 20 °C is specified, with compensation of minus 4 mV/cell/°C. Operation is maintenance-free, the valve technology reliably controls cell pressure.

Technology for flexible use

The battery can be installed in almost any orientation, except permanently upside down. The ABS housing meets UL94 V0 flame retardancy. The permissible temperature range is wide: Discharge from minus 20 °C to plus 60 °C, charge from minus 15 °C to plus 50 °C, storage from minus 20 °C to plus 50 °C. The electrical connection is made via M10 LUG female thread or bolt connections.

Is the NPL series designed for cyclic applications?

The NPL series is designed for standby use. For frequent charge/discharge cycles, Yuasa recommends cyclic series such as NPC or REC.
