Will this battery fit my pickup/off-road vehicle?

If your old battery is approx. 30-31 cm long and approx. 22 cm high (JIS D31 format) and the positive terminal is on the left side, then the YBX3334 is the right choice. Many Asian off-road vehicles require precisely these high batteries.

What is the difference to the YBX3335?

The YBX3334 has pole arrangement 1 (positive terminal left). The (rarer) YBX3335 or similar models often have pole arrangement 0 (positive terminal right). As the battery cables in these large vehicles are often very rigid and short, the correct terminal side is crucial.

Is the battery suitable for start-stop?

No. The YBX3334 is a conventional starter battery for vehicles without start-stop system. Modern pickups with automatic start-stop require the corresponding EFB battery.

Why is the battery so high (222 mm)?

This corresponds to the Asian JIS standard for D31 casings. Unlike shallower European batteries (175/190 mm), the terminals here are on top of the casing (“Asia-Type”), which is necessary for the mounting brackets in these vehicles.
