Will this battery fit my car?

The battery measures 278 x 175 x 190 mm. This is the standard L3 format. Please check whether your old battery is also about 28 cm long and 19 cm high. If so, and the positive pole is on the right, this is the right model.

Is this battery suitable for start-stop?

No. The YBX3096 is a conventional lead-acid starter battery. It must not be used in vehicles with start-stop system or regenerative braking. AGM or EFB batteries are required for these.

What does the 680A mean?

This is the cold start current (CCA) according to the EN standard. It indicates how much current the battery can supply for starting at -18°C. 680 A is a solid figure for petrol and many diesel engines in the mid-range.

How does the "Magic Eye" work?

The "Magic Eye" is a charge level indicator on the battery lid. Green usually shows that the battery is charged and ready to use. Black often means "recharging needed", and white/clear indicates a fault or low acid level.
