What is the difference to the YBX3075?

The main difference is in the pole arrangement. The YBX3075 has the positive terminal on the right (circuit 0), whereas the YBX3078 has the positive terminal left (circuit 1). Otherwise, dimensions and performance values are almost identical. A swap is only possible if the battery cables in your vehicle are long enough to reach the other side.

Will this battery fit if my old one is 190 mm high?

Mechanically, it fits into the bracket but is 15 mm lower (175 mm). If your battery is held by a clamp from above, it could wobble. However, if it is fixed to the base ledge, the lower height is usually not a problem as long as the cables are long enough.

Is the battery suitable for start-stop cars?

No. The YBX3078 is a standard starter battery. Vehicles with a start-stop system require AGM or EFB batteries. Using this battery in a start-stop vehicle leads to extreme wear and premature failure.
