The XCELL XP65-12 is a high-performance lead-acid battery with a nominal voltage of 12 V and a capacity of 65 Ah (20 h rate), ideal for safety-critical applications and demanding industrial environments. Thanks to its reliable AGM technology and high current output, the XP65-12 is ideal for fire and burglar alarm systems, emergency power systems, telecommunications, medical technology and many other industrial applications. The M6 terminals ensure a secure connection, even under high load. With its compact dimensions (348 × 167 × 178 mm), it offers high energy density and can be easily integrated into existing systems.

High levels of efficiency and service life

In float mode, the battery has a service life of up to 10 years at 20 °C. The charging voltage is 13.5–13.8 V in standby mode and 14.4–15.0 V in cyclic operation. The maximum charging current is 19.5 A. Thanks to the temperature-compensated charging curve, safe and efficient energy absorption is guaranteed even with temperature fluctuations. The low self-discharge rate allows for storage periods of up to 6 months without recharging at 25 °C.

Technology for maximum reliability

The standard ABS housing is robust and can optionally be supplied in a flame-retardant (UL94-V0) version. A low internal resistance of approx. 7.3 mΩ ensures low losses and high system efficiency. The battery retains 86% of its capacity even at 0 °C and 65% at –15 °C. The product complies with international quality standards such as ISO 9001 and CE.
