XCELL XP0.812JST lead-acid battery with JST connector - 12 V and 0.8 Ah
Description
Product information
The XCELL XP0.812JST is a particularly compact 12-volt AGM lead-acid battery with a nominal capacity of 0.8 Ah. Thanks to the pre-assembled JST plug connection, it can be quickly integrated into devices with limited installation space and provides a reliable, maintenance-free power supply in continuous and cyclical operation.
Highlights at a glance
- Space-saving and lightweight: 96 x 25 x 62 mm at only 0.33 kg
- Ready for connection: integrated JST connector with stranded wires
- Reliable capacity: 0.8 Ah at 20 h up to 10.5 V
- Long service life: Designed for up to 10 years in standby mode at 20 °C
- Safety and quality: AGM technology, ABS housing, UL and CE, ISO 9001
Power for compact applications
Whether emergency lighting, safety and signalling technology, measuring devices or small controllers. The XP0.812JST delivers a stable 12 V and can withstand short-term discharge currents of up to 5 A for 5 seconds. The internal impedance of approx. 200 mΩ (fully charged, 25 °C) supports consistent power delivery.
Availability even after storage periods
At 25 °C, self-discharge is approx. 9 per cent after 3 months, approx. 18 per cent after 6 months and approx. 35 per cent residual capacity loss after 12 months. This means the battery remains ready for use even after storage phases. The permissible temperature range during discharge operation extends from −15 °C to +50 °C.
Installation and charging technology
The battery is connected via the pre-assembled JST plug connector and can be mounted immediately. For standby operation, a final charging voltage of 13.60 to 13.80 V at 25 °C is recommended, with temperature compensation of −18 mV per °C. In cycle operation, the charging parameters are 14.50 to 14.90 V at 25 °C, compensation −30 mV per °C. The maximum charging current is 0.24 A.
