What does the designation CR2025 mean?

The designation provides information about the characteristics and size of the cell. "C" stands for the lithium chemistry, "R" for the round design. The numbers "2025" stand for the dimensions: 20.0 mm in diameter and 2.5 mm in height.

What does "bulk" mean?

"Bulk" means that the batteries are delivered as loose goods in industrial packaging units (e.g. in trays or cartons) and not in separate end consumer packaging such as a blister. This is ideal for industrial manufacturing (OEM).

Is this battery rechargeable?

No. This is a lithium primary battery. It must not under any circumstances be attempted to recharge it. Attempts at charging are extremely dangerous and can lead to fire or explosion.

How must this battery be disposed of?

Batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. As an industrial battery it is subject to the provisions of the Battery Act. Please take the empty battery to the designated industrial or municipal collection points to ensure proper and environmentally friendly disposal.
