What is the main advantage of BR technology over CR technology?

BR technology (lithium polycarbon monofluoride) is designed for maximum reliability and longevity at extreme temperatures. It has an even lower self-discharge than CR technology and a very stable voltage over almost the entire service life. It is the first choice for critical, low-maintenance industrial applications. In return, CR technology often offers higher pulse load capability.

Is this battery pack rechargeable?

No. This is a lithium primary battery. Under no circumstances should it be recharged. Attempting to charge is extremely dangerous and can lead to fire or explosion.

How is this cell integrated into a device?

As an industrial raw cell, the BR-A is usually assembled with welded solder pins or tabs in order to solder it securely onto a circuit board. It can also be used in special battery holders designed for the A size.

How should this battery be disposed of?

Batteries must not be disposed of in household waste. As an industrial battery, it is subject to the provisions of the Battery Act. Please take the empty battery to the designated industrial or municipal collection points to ensure proper and environmentally friendly recycling.
