What is the difference between the black Eneloop Pro and the white Eneloop?
The black Eneloop Pro (this model) is designed for maximum capacity (930 mAh) and performance for energy-intensive devices. It has fewer charge cycles (approx. 500). The white standard Eneloop in AAA has a slightly lower capacity (approx. 750 mAh), but offers a greater number of charge cycles (up to 2100) and is the ideal all-rounder for most everyday devices with lower consumption.
Which charger should I use to charge these batteries?
To achieve maximum life and performance, we recommend using a high-quality microprocessor-controlled charger that monitors each cell individually and gently ends the charging process (e.g. via minus-delta-U cut-off). Using simple "timer" chargers can shorten the life of the batteries.
Are the batteries supplied charged?
Yes, one special feature of Eneloop technology is that the batteries are delivered pre-charged (with environmentally friendly solar energy) and are ready for use immediately after unpacking, just like a normal battery.
How should this battery be disposed of?
