The LP12-5.4 T2 from LP Batteries (Landport) is a sealed 12V lead-acid battery with 5.4 Ah using tried-and-tested AGM technology (Absorbent Glass Mat). It is part of the Multi-Purpose series and is therefore suitable for both standby operation and cyclic operation. The VdS approval (G125063) makes it the ideal choice for safety-critical applications such as burglar alarm systems, fire alarm systems and emergency power supplies.
The glass fibre mat technology completely binds the electrolyte. The battery is therefore leak-proof, maintenance-free and never needs topping up with water. The robust ABS casing and the design life of 5 years ensure reliable long-term operation.
