The Fenix PD35 V3.0 is the long-awaited, third generation of the legendary torch classic. This tactical EDC torch has been extensively modernised and now delivers an impressive 1700 lumens with a significantly increased range of up to 357 metres. It combines compact dimensions with robust reliability and a proven operating concept with two switches. Tactical precision and enormous range
The PD35 V3.0 was developed for situations where reliability and performance are crucial. The new Luminus SFT40 LED ensures almost 50% higher light intensity in the centre compared to its predecessor, which massively increases the range to 357 metres. The tactical end cap switch enables instant light (momentary light) or continuous light, while the side switch allows the convenient selection of the five brightness levels as well as the strobe mode.
Flexibility in power supply
The scope of delivery includes a high-quality Fenix ARB-L18-2600U lithium-ion battery. This has an integrated Micro-USB charging port, allowing you to charge the battery directly via cable without the need for an external charger. Alternatively, the torch can also be operated with two cold-resistant CR123A lithium batteries, making it the ideal companion for emergencies or expeditions in cold regions.
Robustness for everyday use
The housing made of high-strength aluminium with HAIII anodisation is designed for tough everyday work. The torch is IP68 certified, which means it is completely dustproof and waterproof up to a depth of 2 metres. The serrated front bezel (strike bezel) can be used as a glass breaker in an emergency.

FAQs about the Fenix PD35 V3.0
What is the difference to the PD35 V2.0?
The V3.0 offers significantly more power with 1700 lumens compared to the V2.0 (1000 lumens). The new LED technology has significantly increased the range to 357 metres. In addition, the V3.0 now features a battery level indicator in the side switch, which was missing on its predecessor.
How is the torch charged?
The torch itself has no charging port. However, the battery (ARB-L18-2600U) included in the delivery has its own Micro-USB socket. You remove the battery and charge it directly with a USB cable.
Does the torch have a memory function?
Yes, the intelligent memory function remembers the last brightness level used (except strobe) and recalls this via the tail switch the next time you switch the torch on.
What is the display in the side switch for?
The small LED in the side switch lights up for 3 seconds when you switch on the torch and shows the battery status: Green (full), green flashing (sufficient), red (low), red flashing (critical/charging required). This only works with 18650 Li-Ion batteries.
