The BOS-G 45 PRO uses state-of-the-art lithium iron phosphate cells for high cycle stability and safety. With a nominal system voltage of about 460 volts and an operating voltage range between 395 and 525 volts, the system offers reliable performance with high energy availability at the same time.

The storage system is modular and can easily be expanded with additional battery racks. It supports up to 16 racks connected in parallel and AC-parallel operation of up to 10 inverters. In this way, the system grows with the requirements and offers investment security for the future.

Yes, modular expansion is possible. Up to 12 modules in series (max. 61.44 kWh) are possible and parallel operation enables flexible capacity expansion. Up to 16 racks and 10 inverters can be operated in parallel.

The BOS‑G 45 PRO consists of 9 LiFePO₄ modules each with 5.12 kWh, resulting in a gross storage capacity of 46.08 kWh. With a typical depth of discharge (DoD) of 90 %, you have almost 41.5 kWh net available.
In which temperature range can the storage system be used?
The BOS‑G PRO supports a temperature range of −20 °C to +55 °C for discharging and 0 °C to +55 °C for charging. This ensures the system remains efficient under a wide range of climate and operating conditions.
Which protective functions does the integrated BMS provide?
The intelligent Battery Management System (BMS) continuously monitors critical parameters and automatically protects the system against overvoltage and undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, over- or under-temperature. It also manages cell equalisation to ensure uniform cell voltages.
What fire protection and installation environment requirements must be observed?
The system is designed for dry indoor areas only (protection class IP20). In the EU, a fireproof room (T60) is also required – for example with fire-resistant walls, doors and windows. Installation in a standard 19-inch rack requires stable and well-ventilated installation.

System composition
- This product is a set and consists of a rack cabinet and the individual plug-in modules (BMS and batteries).
Component 1: Deye rack system / battery cabinet
- A cabinet to house the BMS unit and the battery modules, often with castors and feet.
Component 2: Deye control box / BMS plug-in module
- The central control unit (BMS/BCCB) that is inserted into the rack cabinet as a module.
Component 3 to 11: Nine Deye BOS-G-PRO-Pack5.1 high-voltage battery plug-in modules (each 5.12 kWh)
