The Deye BOS-A System in the 100 kWh configuration is a powerful, modular high-voltage storage solution developed specifically for the needs of commercial enterprises, industrial plants and large PV projects. Based on the robust BOS-A battery module (7.68 kWh per unit), this system offers a massive energy reserve for emergency power supply and the optimisation of self-consumption from renewable energies.

By using the safe lithium iron phosphate technology (LiFePO4) and an intelligent, cloud-based management system, the storage guarantees maximum reliability and efficiency. The system is optimised for installation in rack environments and enables quick installation and uncomplicated maintenance in professional environments.

    • The system achieves its capacity by connecting up to 13 battery modules in series per rack. Ensure proper mechanical fixation in the control cabinet.

    • The integrated smart BMS protects each module individually against overcharging, deep discharge and short circuit. Communication takes place seamlessly via CAN 2.0.
  • Structural integrity & weight
    • A fully equipped 100 kWh rack weighs approx. 900–1000 kg. Ensure that the foundation at the installation site is designed for these loads.

Can the 100 kWh system be scaled up?

Yes. Multiple racks can be connected in parallel to achieve total capacities in the megawatt range. The modular design allows the system to be adapted precisely to the growing energy needs of your company.

How does emergency power supply work at this size?

Automatic and powerful. In combination with a suitable Deye high-voltage inverter, the system can switch to battery operation within milliseconds in the event of a mains failure and thus continue to supply even heavy industrial loads without interruption.

Why is the BMS so important in this system?

For balance and safety. In a series connection of 13 modules, the BMS ensures that all cells are charged and discharged evenly. This prevents individual modules from ageing prematurely and maximises the usable energy of the entire 100 kWh block.

Is the system maintenance-intensive?

No. Thanks to the fanless design of the battery modules and the robust LiFePO4 technology, the system is virtually maintenance-free. Remote monitoring via the Cloud also makes it possible to detect irregularities before they become a problem.
