With a system voltage of around 563 volts and a wide operating voltage range, the BOS-G 55 PRO fulfils the requirements of modern photovoltaic and storage systems. The LiFePO4 technology used ensures high thermal stability, low self-discharge and an exceptionally long service life.
Scalable system architecture for maximum flexibility
The Deye BOS-G 55 PRO system has a modular design and can be customised to individual project requirements. Up to 16 battery racks can be operated in parallel. In addition, parallel AC operation of up to 10 inverters is possible, which is particularly advantageous for commercial applications.

What storage capacity does the BOS‑G 55 PRO offer?
The system consists of 11 LiFePO₄ modules with a gross capacity of 5.12 kWh each, totalling approx. 56.32 kWh. Of this gross capacity, around 50.7 kWh net is available due to the recommended extraction depth of 90 % DoD.
How durable is the system and how long is the warranty?
Thanks to highly stable LiFePO₄ cells, the BOS‑G PRO achieves an impressive shelf life of ≥ 6000 charging cycles (at 0.5 C → approx. 70 % DoD, 25 ± 2 °C). The system also comes with a 10-year manufacturer's warranty, offering comprehensive safety and reliability.
What are the requirements for the installation environment?
The BOS‑G 55 PRO is only suitable for dry indoor areas (protection class IP20). For operation in the EU, Deye also requires a fireproof room with a T60 protection class. The modules are installed in a standardised 19″ rack, which requires a stable and well-ventilated environment.
Which inverters is the system compatible with?
The set contains the BOS‑G‑PDU‑2 high-voltage cluster control box (200–1000 V DC, 100 A). This makes it officially compatible with Deye SUN hybrid inverters from the SUN‑30K/35K/40K/50K/60K/80K series (SG01HP3 series) – firmware updates via USB or Wi‑Fi provide additional flexibility.
How environmentally friendly and storable is the system?
Thanks to LiFePO₄ technology, the system is non-toxic, pollutant-free and free from memory effects. It is also very storable; unused modules can be stored for up to 6 months without recharging and without any loss of performance.

System composition
- This product is a set and consists of a rack cabinet and the 12 individual plug-in modules (1x BMS and 11x batteries).
Component 1: Deye Rack system / battery cabinet
- A cabinet to house the BMS unit and the battery modules, often with castors and feet.
Component 2: Deye Control box / BMS plug-in module
- The central control unit (BMS/BCCB), which is inserted into the rack cabinet as a module.
Components 3 to 13: Eleven Deye BOS-G-PRO-Pack5.1 high-voltage battery slide-in modules (5.12 kWh each)
