Isn't 6mm² oversized for just 1 metre in length?
Technically yes, but it never hurts. While 4mm² is usually sufficient at this length, 6mm² offers greater mechanical robustness and is already ideal for future module generations with currents above 15A.
Will this cable fit my inverter from Hoymiles or Deye?

Can I connect two of these 1m cables in series?
