Intelligent energy management for maximum performance

The FLB 48314TG1 ensures precise monitoring of all operating parameters, such as voltage, temperature and charge/discharge current, through its integrated BMS. Risks such as overcharging, deep discharge or overheating are reliably prevented. With a high charge and discharge current of up to 160 A continuous and 200 A peak (15 seconds), it is ideally suited for applications with high energy demand.

Flexibility and easy expansion

Thanks to scalability up to 32 battery modules, the storage can be flexibly adapted to growing energy requirements. Communication via RS485 or CAN ensures smooth integration with inverters from well-known manufacturers. Thanks to floor mounting and compact design, the storage can be easily installed even where space is limited.

Safety at the highest level

In addition to its integrated battery management system, the FLB 48314TG1 is equipped with an aerosol fire extinguishing system, fuses and circuit breakers. The IP65 enclosure rating makes it resistant to dust and water, so it can also be used in demanding environments. The patented external fuse design allows for quick replacement in the event of service.

The nominal energy is 16 kWh. With up to 95 % recommended depth of discharge, up to approx. 15.2 kWh can be used.

How many charge cycles can be expected?

The manufacturer states up to 8,000 cycles under laboratory conditions. Please note that real values depend on use, temperature and C-rate. 

Does the storage support remote monitoring and what interfaces are there?

Yes, the storage supports remote monitoring via integrated WiFi and Bluetooth for remote reading of battery data. In addition, RS485 and CAN interfaces are available for communication with compatible inverters.

Can I integrate the battery storage into my existing PV system?

Yes, the FLB 48314TG1 is compatible with leading inverter brands and can easily be integrated into existing photovoltaic systems.

1 x Felicity 16 kWh battery storage (FLB 48314TG1)

  • The central storage unit with a 314 Ah capacity. It contains the intelligent battery management system (BMS) and usually also an integrated aerosol fire extinguishing system.

1 x set of battery connection cables (plus & minus)

  • A pair of pre-assembled high-power cables (red and black) for connecting the storage unit to an external inverter.

1 x communication cable (CAN/RS485)

  • A data cable (typically with RJ45 connectors) to ensure communication between the battery BMS and the inverter.

1 x earthing cable

  • A protective earth cable (yellow-green) for proper earthing of the metal casing.

1 x mounting accessories (floor mounting)

  • This model is designed as a mobile, free-standing unit and is often supplied with pre-installed castors. Due to its very high weight of approx. 155 kg, wall mounting is excluded.
