E-bike Vision Quick charger for PowerPacks 36V 6A
Description
Product information
This high-quality E-Bike Vision quick charger is the most powerful solution for extremely fast and safe charging of all 36V E-Bike Vision PowerPack (POP) batteries. With a very high charging current of 6 amperes (6A), it charges your battery significantly faster than conventional chargers, thus minimising the waiting time until your next ride. The robust and compact design makes it the perfect charger for demanding e-bikers who want maximum performance and efficiency.
Highlights at a Glance
- Extremely fast charging: With 6 amperes charging current, your e-bike battery is charged efficiently in no time at all.
- Universal compatibility: Suitable for all 36V E-Bike Vision PowerPack (POP) batteries.
- Intelligent charging electronics: Permanently monitors the charging process and automatically switches off after full charge to protect the battery.
- High safety: Comprehensive protection against short circuit, overheating and overvoltage.
- Compact and robust: Lightweight and durable housing, ideal for everyday use and when on the go.
Less Waiting, More Riding
Reduce the charging time to a minimum and maximise your time on the bike. With a charging current of 6 amperes, this quick charger is one of the most powerful on the market. An empty battery with 18Ah capacity is, for example, fully ready for use again in just about 3 hours. The LED display provides clear and distinct information about the current charging status at all times.
Safe and Gentle for Your Battery
Despite the extremely high charging speed, the safety and longevity of your valuable battery come first. The intelligent charging electronics optimally adapt the charging process to the condition of the battery. After reaching full capacity, the device automatically switches to maintenance mode to prevent overcharging and to maximise the lifespan of the battery cells.
Flexibility for Different Systems
This charger is the heart of the flexible E-Bike Vision charging system. While it is directly compatible with the E-Bike Vision batteries for Panasonic 36V and Bosch Classic Line, it can also be used, via separately available charging adapters, to charge original batteries of the Yamaha, Bosch (Active/Performance) and Panasonic (Next Generation) systems.

FAQs about the E-Bike Vision Quick Charger
What does 6A charging current mean and how does it affect the charging time?
The "6A" stands for 6 amperes of charging current. This is the "speed" at which the battery is charged. A 6A charger charges a battery three times faster than a 2A standard charger and still 50% faster than a 4A charger. The exact charging time is calculated from the capacity of the battery (in Ah) divided by the charging current (in A), for example: 18 Ah / 6 A = 3 hours.
Can I also use this charger to charge my original battery (e.g. from Yamaha)?
Yes, that is possible. However, you will need the appropriate, separately available charging adapter for your specific battery system (e.g. Yamaha PW-series). The adapter provides the correct mechanical and electrical connection to the charging socket of your original battery.
Is extremely fast charging harmful for my battery?
Modern lithium-ion batteries and their battery management systems (BMS) are designed for quick charging with currents like 6A. The intelligent electronics in charger and battery ensure that the charging process takes place safely and in the optimum range so that the lifetime of the cells is not negatively affected.
Can I leave the battery on the charger overnight?
Yes, that's safe. The intelligent charger detects when the battery is fully charged and automatically ends the main charging process. It then switches to a maintenance mode with very low current to keep the battery full without overcharging.
