E-bike Vision Quick charger for PowerPacks 36V 4A
Description
Product information
This high-quality E-Bike Vision quick charger is the ideal solution for fast and safe charging of all 36V E-Bike Vision PowerPack (POP) batteries. With a charging current of 4 amps (4A), it charges your battery significantly faster than many standard chargers, thus minimising the waiting time until the next ride. The robust and compact design makes it the perfect charger for use at home, in the office, or on holiday.
Highlights at a glance
- Fast charging: With a charging current of 4 amps, your E-Bike battery is charged quickly and efficiently.
- Universal compatibility: Suitable for all 36V E-Bike Vision PowerPack (POP) batteries.
- Intelligent charging electronics: Continuously monitors the charging process and automatically switches off after full charge to protect the battery.
- High safety: Comprehensive protection against short circuit, overheating and overvoltage.
- Compact and robust: Lightweight and durable housing, ideal for everyday use and on the go.
Less Waiting, More Riding
Reduce charging time and maximise your time on the bike. With a charging current of 4 amps, this quick charger is significantly more powerful than many supplied 2A standard chargers. An empty battery with a capacity of 20Ah, for example, is fully ready for use again in only about 5 hours. The LED indicator provides clear and precise information about the current charging status at all times.
Safe and gentle on your battery
Despite the high charging speed, the safety and longevity of your valuable battery take precedence. The intelligent charging electronics optimally adapt the charging process to the condition of the battery. After reaching full capacity, the device automatically switches to maintenance mode to prevent overcharging and maximise the lifespan of the battery cells.
Flexibility for different systems
This charger is the centrepiece of the flexible E-Bike Vision charging system. While it is directly compatible with the E-Bike Vision batteries for Panasonic 36V and Bosch Classic Line, it can also be used to charge original batteries of the Yamaha, Bosch (Active/Performance), and Panasonic (Next Generation) systems by means of separately available charging adapters.

FAQs about the E-Bike Vision Quick Charger
What does 4A charging current mean and how does it affect the charging time?
The "4A" stands for 4 amps charging current. This is the "speed" at which the battery is charged. A 4A charger charges a battery twice as fast as a standard 2A charger. The exact charging time is calculated by dividing the capacity of the battery (in Ah) by the charging current (in A), for example: 20 Ah / 4 A = 5 hours.
Can I also use this charger to charge my original battery (e.g. from Yamaha)?
Yes, this is possible. However, you need the appropriate, separately available charging adapter for your specific battery system (e.g. Yamaha PW series). The adapter establishes the correct mechanical and electrical connection to the charging port of your original battery.
Is fast charging harmful for my battery?
Modern lithium-ion batteries and their Battery Management Systems (BMS) are designed for fast charging with currents such as 4A or even 6A. The intelligent electronics in charger and battery ensure that charging is done safely and in the optimum range, so as not to negatively affect the lifespan of the cells.
Can I leave the battery on the charger overnight?
Yes, this is safe. The intelligent charger detects when the battery is fully charged and automatically ends the main charging process. It then switches to a maintenance mode with a very low current to keep the battery fully charged without overcharging it.
