The Deye GB-S12K-EU storage system achieves a maximum efficiency of 97.6 percent and an MPPT efficiency of 99.9 percent. With a maximum PV input power of 15,600 watts and a DC input voltage of up to 1,000 volts, it is ideal for large solar installations. The wide MPPT voltage range from 150 to 850 volts ensures high energy yield and efficient system performance even under fluctuating irradiation conditions.

Flexibility and scalability

The system offers high flexibility through the possibility of operating up to ten devices in parallel. AC coupling enables simple integration into existing photovoltaic installations, allowing existing systems to be easily modernised. Thanks to the support of lithium-ion batteries with a voltage range from 160 to 700 volts, the system can be optimally adapted to different project requirements.

Reliability and protection

The Deye GB-S12K-EU system has comprehensive protective functions such as overcurrent, overvoltage and short-circuit protection, thermal monitoring as well as insulation monitoring of the DC connections. With IP65 protection class, it is optimally protected against dust and water and is suitable for use under demanding environmental conditions. It operates reliably in a wide temperature range from minus 40 to plus 60 degrees Celsius, with power reduction from 45 degrees Celsius to secure system life.

System composition

  • This product is a kit and consists of the inverter unit and the separate battery modules.

1 x Deye GB-S12K-EU inverter unit

  • The main unit as a floor-mounted cabinet. It includes the 3-phase 12 kW hybrid inverter and the empty slots for the battery modules.

3 x Deye GB-L-BATT high-voltage battery modules (each 4.09 kWh)

  • Three separate battery modules that are inserted on site into the inverter unit and connected to achieve the total capacity of 12.27 kWh.

1 x smart meter / current sensor

  • An intelligent meter (often from Chint) with current transformers for measuring household consumption.

1 x WLAN data logger

  • A module for integrating the system into the home network for monitoring and control.

1 x mounting accessories

  • Usually includes screws, dowels (for tipping protection) and internal mounting material for the battery modules.

1 x operating and installation instructions

  • A printed manual describing the assembly and commissioning of the complete system.

Important note on the connection cables
