What is the difference between the "Industrial" version and the normal Eneloop Pro?

The battery cell itself is identical. The difference lies in the packaging and the distribution channel. The "Industrial" version is supplied as loose goods (bulk) in packaging units suitable for industrial use and is aimed at commercial customers and original equipment manufacturers (OEM) who install the cells directly in devices or assemble them into battery packs. The normal version is offered in end-user blister packaging for the retail trade.

Which charger should I use to charge these batteries?

To achieve maximum service life and performance, the use of a high-quality, microprocessor-controlled charger is recommended, which monitors each cell individually and ends the charging process gently (e.g. by minus-delta-U cut-off). The use of simple "timer" chargers can shorten the life of the batteries.

What does "assembly" mean?

As this is a single industrial cell, it can be further processed by specialised companies. During assembly, several cells are connected to a battery pack with the desired voltage and capacity (e.g. by welding), provided with protective insulation and equipped with appropriate connection cables and plugs.
