For regular use, however, you can simply retrofit the lamp with the separately available PETZL CORE lithium-ion battery. This is charged directly in the lamp via a USB port and provides an economical energy solution.

Maximum simplicity

The operation of the TIKKINA is deliberately kept simple and is carried out via a single ergonomic switch. You can intuitively select between the three white light levels (low, standard, high) with this switch. The headband can be easily removed and washed for cleaning.

The TIKKINA (this model) is the simplest lamp of the series. It is designed for simple operation and close-range illumination and does not feature red light. The TIKKA is brighter (e.g. 350 lumens) and also offers a continuous and flashing red light to preserve night vision.

Is the CORE battery included?

No, this standard "TIKKINA" model includes three AAA batteries. The PETZL CORE battery is available as a separate accessory and enables rechargeable operation of the lamp.

Does this lamp have a red light?

No, the TIKKINA only has three brightness levels with white light to keep operation as simple as possible.

What does the IPX4 rating mean?
