The TIKKINA (this model) is the simplest lamp in the range. It is designed for straightforward operation and close-range lighting, and does not have a red light. The TIKKA is brighter (e.g. 350 lumens) and also provides red constant and flashing light to preserve night vision.

Is the CORE battery included?

No, with this standard "TIKKINA" model, three AAA batteries are included. The PETZL CORE battery is available as a separate accessory and allows rechargeable operation of the lamp.

Does this lamp have a red light?

No, the TIKKINA only has three brightness levels with white light to keep operation as simple as possible.

What does the IPX4 protection classification mean?

IPX4 means that the headlamp is protected against splashing water from all directions. It can be used without problems in the rain or in damp environments, but is not suitable for submersion in water (diving).
