What is the difference to the YBX3750?

The YBX3780 (Group 78) is somewhat longer and more powerful than the YBX3750 (Group 75). The YBX3780 is approx. 26 cm long and provides 740 A starting current, while the YBX3750 is approx. 23.6 cm long and delivers 660 A. Please check if your battery box is large enough for the YBX3780, as it offers more reserves.

Can I install this battery in a European car?

Generally no. European cars almost exclusively use round terminals on the cover (top terminal). The YBX3780 has threaded holes at the side (side terminal). Without special adapters, you cannot attach conventional battery clamps.

Is the battery suitable for start-stop?

No. The YBX3780 is a conventional starter battery for vehicles without start-stop technology.

How are the cables fastened?

The battery cables on your US vehicle have a screw at the end. This is screwed directly into the thread in the side wall of the battery. Ensure you tighten the screw firmly, but not forcefully, to avoid damaging the thread in the lead.
