The CBT VB007 is a powerful 120Ah lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery specially designed for mobile use in motorhomes, vans and marine applications. With an energy capacity of 1536 watt hours (Wh) it offers the ideal balance of compact design and high endurance.

This model is the perfect replacement for conventional 95Ah or 100Ah lead-acid/AGM batteries. You not only get more usable capacity (as lithium can be discharged to almost 100%, lead only to 50%), but also save a massive amount of weight. Thanks to the integrated Bluetooth monitoring you have full control over the charge status and health of your battery at all times via smartphone app.

Assembly & safety instructions

• Charge setting: Set your charger (EBL, solar regulator, charge booster) to "LiFePO4" or "Lithium". The final charging voltage should be 14.4V to 14.6V. The float voltage should be 13.5V - 13.8V.
• Winter operation: The BMS protects the battery from charging in freezing temperatures (< 0°C). Discharging is possible, but charging is not in order not to destroy the cells.
• Fuse: Install a suitable main fuse (e.g. 125A or 150A) as close as possible to the positive terminal of the battery.

Does this battery fit under the seat of a Fiat Ducato?

Very likely yes. The 120Ah (1536Wh) class is often dimensioned (approx. 353 x 175 x 190 mm, similar to H7/L5 standard), so that it fits horizontally or vertically under the swivel consoles. Please measure your available space before purchase, as seat consoles may vary.

Do I need a charging booster?

Recommended. If you want to charge the battery while driving using the alternator, a charging booster (B2B charger) is essential for modern Euro 6 vehicles. But even in older vehicles, the booster protects the alternator from overheating, as lithium batteries can draw very high currents.
