The Deye BOS-G25 PRO high-voltage storage set with 25.6 kWh is the ideal storage solution for small to medium-sized commercial and agricultural applications. It combines modern lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) technology with an intelligent battery management system, enabling safe, flexible and long-lasting energy storage. Thanks to its modular design, the system can be easily expanded and is compatible with Deye high-voltage inverters.

Technical performance and safety
The BOS-G25 PRO system comprises 5 battery modules, each with a capacity of 5.12 kWh (100 Ah, 51.2 V). The modules are connected in series, resulting in a system voltage of 256 volts. The usable energy is 23.04 kWh. The high charging and discharging capacity (nominal 100 A, peak 120 A for 2 minutes) ensures a stable power supply even when power demand is high.
A built-in battery management system monitors each cell individually and provides reliable protection for the system. The charging and discharging temperatures range from -20 °C to +55 °C, making the system suitable even for unheated technical rooms or containers.
Modularity and expansion
The BOS-G25 PRO can be flexibly expanded: up to 12 modules can be installed per rack. Multiple racks can be connected in parallel; the system supports up to 16 battery racks and 10 AC-coupled inverters. This allows systems with a capacity of up to 184 kWh to be implemented. Installation is carried out using standardised components and pre-assembled cables, saving time and money.

How long does the battery last, and what safety features does it have?

Can the storage system be operated in parallel with other units or inverters?
Yes, thanks to its modular design, several 19-inch modules connect in parallel, both to the Capacity expansion as well as for Performance enhancement. The system also supports the AC parallel operation with up to 10 Deye inverters. Firmware updates can be carried out flexibly via USB, Wi-Fi or via remote access through the inverter possible
What about maintenance and fault diagnosis?
The integrated BMS (Battery Management System) of the BOS‑G Pro continuously monitors the voltage, temperature and current of each cell and provides reliable protection against under- and over-charging, as well as overcurrent and overtemperature. Maintenance and initial diagnostics are carried out via the touch display on the module or via remote access (USB/Wi-Fi). Detailed fault descriptions and maintenance instructions can be found in the enclosed installation and operating manual.
Is the system suitable for outdoor use?
The storage system itself has protection class IP20 and should therefore be installed in a weather-protected area (e.g. a plant room or container).
How is the assembly organised, and is a rack required?
The BOS‑G Pro module features a standardised 19‑inch embedded design, which enables quick, tool-free installation and significantly facilitates access for maintenance work. For large-scale storage installations with more than eight modules, optional 3-unit racks can be used, which provide stable support and allow for organised cabling. Depending on requirements, up to 16 such racks can be installed in parallel, enabling high scalability and flexible configuration.

System configuration
- This product is a set comprising a rack cabinet and the individual plug-in modules (BMS and batteries).
Component 1: ‘ Deye ’ rack system / battery cabinet
- A cabinet designed to house the BMS unit and the battery modules, often fitted with castors and feet.
Component 2: ‘ Deye ’ control box / BMS plug-in module
- The central control unit (BMS/BCCB), which is inserted into the rack cabinet as a module.
Components 3 to 7: Five Deye BOS-G-PRO-Pack5.1 high-voltage battery module inserts (5.12 kWh each)
