Depending on the application, the battery capacity can be expanded to up to 360 kWh. Up to 10 systems can be connected in parallel via the AC side, making them well-suited for large commercial or industrial projects.Who is the Deye GE-F60 suitable for?Private households seeking maximum energy independence SMEs & industrial facilities requiring a stable power supply and peak load management Emergency power systems that must be fail-safe and capable of black start PV projects with high output and storage requirements Off-grid systems, e.g. for remote buildings or isolated gridsFAQs on the Deye GE-F60 energy storage solutionHow much energy is available when the unit is fully loaded?A tower comprising 12 modules delivers 61.44 kWh gross. With a depth of discharge of 90 %, approximately 55.29 kWh of this is usable. What voltages and currents apply? The nominal system voltage is 614 V. The operating range is from 480 to 700 V. The continuous discharge current is specified as 100 A; up to 125 A is possible for short periods. To what extent can the system be scaled? For larger commercial or industrial applications, up to six GE-F60 units can be operated in parallel. This enables total capacities of up to 360 kWh to be achieved.Which inverters is the system compatible with? The GE-F60 is fully pre-configured for hybrid inverters in the SUN-29.9K/30K/35K-SG01HP3-EU-BM3 and SUN-40K/50K-SG01HP3-EU-BM4 series. The appropriate CAN profile (code 00) is already pre-programmed at the factory; manual configuration is not required. It is strongly recommended that you check the compatibility list, as the manufacturer may make changes. What safety features are built in?The safety concept includes gas and smoke detection, active pressure relief, an integrated aerosol extinguishing cartridge and an automatic shut-off within three seconds. These measures specifically address common concerns regarding installation indoors or in the cellar.
Deye GE-F120-2H2 – The future of smart energy management
The GE-F120-2H2 ‘ Deye ’ represents a new generation of high-performance hybrid energy storage systems for residential, commercial and industrial applications. With a rated power of 50 kW and an impressive storage capacity of 120 kWh, this high-voltage system is the ideal solution for complex energy requirements, maximum operational reliability and complete energy independence.Highlights at a glanceGenerous storage capacity: 120 kWh of energy for peak loads and long-term buffering Fast charging/discharging: Optimised for dynamic energy cycles Redundant power supply: Maximum reliability for critical applications Black-start function: Automatic restart possible without a network connection Safe battery technology: Long-lasting & thermally stable LiFePO4 cells Smart storage solution offering maximum flexibilityWith the GE-F120-2H2, Deye combines state-of-the-art technology in a single integrated system: a hybrid inverter, lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries and an advanced energy management system (EMS) work seamlessly together. This enables energy flows to be optimised, self-consumption to be maximised and peak loads to be efficiently absorbed, entirely without external support.Redundancy & Black Start: Reliable even in extreme circumstancesThe redundant power supply design guarantees uninterrupted operation even in the event of partial failures. The black-start function allows the system to restart completely without an external power source, making it ideal for off-grid installations or in the event of power cuts in critical infrastructure.LFP technology: Safety & service lifeThe LiFePO4 batteries fitted offer: High thermal stability Long service life & over 6,000 charge cycles Low risk of thermal runaway Sustainability & environmental friendliness Who is the GE-F120-2H2 suitable for?Industrial plants with peak load management PV-powered emergency power supply in commercial buildings Off-grid power supply Critical systems requiring redundancy Large private estates with high energyFAQs on the GE-F120-2H2 Energy Storage System ( Deye )How much energy is actually available? One cabinet provides a gross capacity of 120 kWh, of which around 110 kWh is usable at a 90% depth of discharge – ideal for commercial and industrial businesses with high storage requirements. Is 50 kW sufficient for continuous loads?Yes. The integrated power electronics (PCS) provide 50 kW of continuous power and can supply up to 125 A for 10 seconds, making it sufficiently rated even for peak loads. Can I expand the system later?Up to ten cabinets can be operated in parallel. This enables capacities of up to 1.2 MWh and a total AC output of 500 kW without the need for a system change or additional infrastructure. How hot can the system get?The cell temperature must not exceed 35 °C under full load. The integrated thermal management module automatically monitors and regulates the temperature to prevent a drop in performance or premature ageing.Which inverter is suitable for the system? The integrated 50 kW PCS is pre-configured at the factory for all three-phase Deye hybrid inverters in the SUN-29.9 kW to 50 kW series; plug-and-play operation is possible without additional components. It is strongly recommended that you check the compatibility list, as the manufacturer may make changes.Do I need external NA protection? No, the power conversion stack meets the requirements of VDE-AR-N 4105 and EN 50549-1/-2 and incorporates an integrated anti-islanding protection circuit; additional NA protection is not required.
