Who is the 15.36 kWh version suitable for?
This size is ideal for detached houses with an annual electricity consumption of over 5,000 kWh or households actively using sector coupling (heat pump + EV). It allows a significant share of demand to be covered from the storage system even on cloudy days or in winter.
How heavy is the system during installation?
The total system weighs over 160 kg. However, thanks to the modular design, you do not need to move the full weight at once. Each individual battery module (about 50 kg each) and the control unit are stacked one after the other at the installation site.
Is the storage suitable for outdoor use?
The housing has protection rating IP65, i.e. it is dust-tight and protected against water jets. Installation in a garage, carport or beneath a canopy is therefore possible. However, to maximise the life of the cells, we recommend a location protected from direct sunlight and extreme frost (e.g. cellar or utility room).
Can the system supply emergency power?
Yes, the Felicity high-voltage storage can provide high discharge power. In combination with an emergency power capable hybrid inverter (with grid switching), the system can continue to supply the home grid in the event of a power failure.

However, the current firmware allows for a technical residual consumption of approx. 20 W. Users report that grid consumption of 0 W can actually be achieved via Modbus register adjustments or external energy management systems such as ioBroker. For standard applications such as full feed-in or net metering, the factory setting is usually entirely sufficient.The manufacturer should be contacted regarding configuration. It is also necessary to discuss this with the grid operator.Are the charging/discharging currents sufficient for large high-voltage batteries?Yes.
