The Deye SUN-8K-SG01HP3-EU-AM2 is a highly efficient, three-phase high-voltage hybrid inverter, specially developed to maximise self-consumption in demanding residential buildings. With a rated output of 8 kW it forms the ideal interface between the photovoltaic system, high-voltage battery storage and the public grid.

The unit is characterised by its high-voltage battery support, which enables higher efficiency with lower line losses compared to low-voltage systems. Installation & safety instructions

• Battery compatibility
  • This inverter absolutely requires a high-voltage storage unit. Check compatibility in advance with systems such as the Deye BOS-G or similar high-voltage solutions.
• Cooling & clearances
  • Ensure sufficient air circulation. It is recommended to maintain a minimum clearance of 50 cm above and below and 30 cm to the sides.
• Integrated protection
  • The device has integrated lightning protection (Type II) for DC and AC as well as a DC isolator switch for safe maintenance of the system.

Can I connect the inverter in parallel?

Yes, up to 10 devices. By connecting them in parallel, both the total output power and the battery capacity can be expanded modularly to meet increasing energy demands.

Does the device support zero feed-in?

Yes, fully configurable. With the help of the smart meter or external CT clamps, the inverter can be regulated so that no energy flows into the public grid. The manufacturer should be contacted for the configuration. In addition, it is necessary to coordinate this with the grid operator.
