The Deye GB-L57 Plus with 57.6 kWh is a high-performance, modular high-voltage battery system for large domestic photovoltaic installations and smaller commercial energy storage solutions. Safe LiFePO4 battery technology, intelligent battery and energy management, as well as a space-saving stacked design combine high storage capacity with flexible system integration and long-term operational reliability.
57.6 kWh storage capacity for high energy demand
The Deye GB-L57 Plus consists of ten battery modules connected in series, each with 5.76 kWh. As a result, the high-voltage battery system achieves a nominal storage capacity of 57.6 kWh and a nominal system voltage of 576 V. The operating voltage range of 450 to 657 V enables integration into high-performance high-voltage energy storage systems.
With a continuous charging and discharging current of 75 A each, the battery storage system is suitable for applications with high energy and power requirements. The recommended depth of discharge is 90 % and can be set to up to 100 % depending on the system configuration.
Modular and space-saving system design
The individual Deye GB-L-Pack5.76-A7 battery modules are stacked one on top of the other to save space. The wireless stacked design between the modules simplifies installation and reduces the required cabling effort. A high-voltage control and distribution unit as well as a sturdy stand complete the freestanding battery system.
Thanks to the modular architecture, the Deye GB-L-Plus series can be adapted to different storage requirements. For particularly large projects, up to 16 battery clusters can be operated in parallel, provided that the inverter used and the overall system design support this.
Safe and durable LiFePO4 technology
The Deye GB-L57 Plus uses durable lithium iron phosphate cells. LiFePO4 technology is characterised by high thermal stability, a long service life and reliable performance in stationary storage operation. According to the manufacturer, the battery system achieves at least 6,000 charge cycles under defined test conditions.
For a high level of operational safety, the high-voltage storage system features various protective mechanisms at battery pack, cell and connection level. These include over-temperature monitoring, an aerosol-based fire protection system and integrated pressure relief. The IP66 protection rating protects the housing against dust and powerful water jets.
Smart battery and energy management
The integrated BMS and EMS management monitors and optimises the operation of the battery system in real time. Dual online balancing at cell and battery pack level supports an even load on the storage modules and contributes to the long service life of the overall system.
CAN 2.0, RS485 and Bluetooth are available for communication. Operating data can be monitored locally via Bluetooth as well as within a compatible Deye energy storage system via the Deye Cloud. The integrated LCD display additionally enables direct monitoring of important system information.
For large domestic and commercial PV installations
With its high storage capacity, the Deye GB-L57 Plus is particularly suitable for large detached houses, blocks of flats, agricultural holdings and smaller commercial properties. Surplus solar energy can be stored temporarily and used when electricity demand is increased, in the evening hours or to reduce peak loads.
In combination with a compatible Deye high-voltage hybrid inverter, this creates a high-performance storage solution for higher self-consumption, better use of your own photovoltaic system and lower dependence on the public electricity grid.
