FAQs on the Deye BOS-A high-voltage storage system
What does "cloud-based monitoring" mean for the BOS-A?
Real-time monitoring from anywhere. Via the Deye cloud platform, you can conveniently monitor your energy consumption and the condition of the batteries via smartphone or PC. This enables proactive maintenance and helps to continuously optimise the system’s performance.
What is the maximum number of modules that can be combined?
Up to 13 modules in series. This flexible configuration allows the system voltage to be precisely matched to the inverter’s requirements and makes it easy to add further modules to the rack as energy demand grows.
Is the system environmentally friendly?
Yes. By using LiFePO4 chemistry, Deye avoids the use of toxic heavy metals such as cobalt. Furthermore, the high efficiency of over 90% ensures that hardly any energy is lost during the storage process.
Can the BOS-A system be used for emergency power supply?
Yes, absolutely. Thanks to its high discharge capacity and fast response time, the system is ideally suited as a back-up solution to ensure smooth operation in commercial or industrial facilities, even during power cuts.Login
