The expansion battery offers a capacity of 5.0 kWh per module at a nominal voltage of 16 V DC and a maximum charge and discharge current of 180 A.
Scalability
The BP5000 is designed as an expansion battery for use with the Solarbank 4 Pro and enables a modular expansion of the total capacity.

The LiFePO₄ cells offer protection against overcharging, deep discharge, overcurrent and overheating, thereby ensuring safe and stable operation.
